Care Instructions

Stovetop coffee-makers are easy to care for and, with a few simple precautions, will keep making perfect coffee for years to come.

•	The first time you use your coffee-maker, wash it carefully with water. Only after several uses will the coffee-maker produce espresso that tastes authentic.
•	Do not use abrasive powders or steel wool products.
•	Do not wash in a dishwasher.
•	Store only after all surfaces are dry.
•	Do not use flavour extracts, coffee powder or instant coffee.
•	Never use the coffee pot without water.
•	Wash only in water. Do not use washing up liquid.
